Apply for Housing

Attached are the required documents for Dodge City Community College residence life. Please note – new students will need to complete all of the attached documents with original signatures (not faxes or photocopies) and send in a non-refundable $150 deposit.

Also attached is the summer housing application if you are planning on coming in June or July for classes. If you are planning on attending classes or a sports camp over the summer they only need to submit one non-refundable $150 that will last for both summer and the fall/spring academic year.

Required Non-Refundable Housing Deposit : $150

All Rates are based on double occupancy. Triple capacity may be assigned according to contract terms.
** Jackson Hall has four kitchens available.  Becker Hall has three kitchens available. Shelden Hall has two kitchen available.

Payment Schedule

Payments are divided into four equal payments.

First payment is preferred prior to arrival but no later than upon arrival, followed by 3 payments on the 10th of each month (Sept 10th, Oct 10th, and Nov 10th, for Fall and Feb 10th, Mar 10th, and April 10th for Spring). First payments are due in full upon check-in for both the Fall and Spring semesters or check-in will not be permitted.
