Faculty Association of Dodge City Community College

  

What is the Association?

The Dodge City Community College Faculty Association consists of membership from the faculty of Dodge City Community College and promotes the general welfare of the faculty and students.

Concerns of the Association include:

  • Collective bargaining on salaries & economic benefits & conditions of appointments
  • Representation of members in grievances & arbitration
  • Professional ethics
  • College governance
  • Professional development

The Association is committed to:

  • Promoting the interests of DCCC and its faculty
  • Addressing all levels of government on college affairs
  • Upholding principles of academic freedom, freedom from discrimination and harassment
