Spring 2015 Endowment Association Scholarship Application

New Applicants

  • By April 30, 2015 students must:

Have a completed DCCC Admissions Application on file (www.dc3.edu/prospective-students/admissions)
Complete a Dodge City Community College Scholarship Application
Submit required transcript(s) to DCCC

Renewal Applicants

  • By April 30, 2015 students must:

Complete a Dodge City Community College Scholarship Application

  • By May 16, 2015 students must:

Enroll for Fall 2015 classes


General Information:

  • Recipients must be enrolled as a full-time (minimum of 12 credit hours) degree seeking student.
  • Scholarships are available only during the Fall and Spring semesters.
  • Recipients must be enrolled in an AA, AS, AGS, AAS, or Technical Certificate program.
  • DCCC scholarships are not available to students in the Flight Instructor Program and students enrolled in EduKan classes only.
  • Students are eligible to apply for a scholarship until completion of a DCCC Associate Degree (AA, AS, AGS, AAS) or 6 semesters, whichever is first.
  • Funds are limited. Completion of the scholarship application does not guarantee an award.

Presidential:

  • Presidential Scholarship - $800/semester and loan of books (Scholarships for books are for textbook rental only. Not included in scholarship would be workbooks, ebooks, access codes, notes, eduKan books and book bundles). • Recipient must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.7 or above on a   4.0 scale.
  • Renewal will be based on the recipient’s ability to maintain a cumulative DCCC grade point average of 3.7 or above on a 4.0 scale and completion of a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester.

Deans:

  • Deans Scholarship - $500/semester.
  • Recipient must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or above on a 4.0 scale.
  • Renewal will be based on the recipient’s ability to maintain a cumulative DCCC grade point average of 3.2 or above on a 4.0 scale and completion of a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester.
