“I was approached by Kansas Corn at the 3I show, and as we typically host industry people for guest speakers, I was thrilled to invite them here,” said Dave McCollum, DC3 Assistant Professor of Equine Science. “Hopefully, visitors will learn where they might fit into the corn industry and learn about the best opportunities for themselves. Dodge City Ag programs include AAS degrees in Farm and Ranch Management, Agronomy, Ag Food Chain Security and Ag Business, as well as a pathway through an Associate of Science for Pre-Veterinary Students. We also articulate with Colby for those wishing to get a Vet Tech degree. We do offer scholarships for qualifying students!”
Information will be shared, at Careers in Corn, about the new Kansas Corn Collegiate Academy and Next Generation Scholarship programs for college students.
