This month, the Phi Theta Kappa Student of the Month is Laura Soto. Laura is the daughter of Federico and Maria Soto. She is from Dodge City, having graduated from DCHS. She is a sophomore at DCCC with a 3.9 GPA. Laura plans to transfer to K-State with an undecided major, doing research with the Developing Scholars Program. After that, she plans to apply to medical school. Laura is the PTK Vice President and has been on the President’s Honor Roll for both the Fall 2016 and Spring 2017 semesters.
