DC3 Homecoming Week Concludes with Crowning

The DC3 Homecoming Week concluded with the crowning of a king and queen at halftime of the DC3 football game, on Saturday, Oct. 12. Dodge City Community College (DC3) students participated in range of activities scheduled for this year’s Homecoming Week. From donuts and coffee in the college quad, to bracelet making over ice cream floats in the cafeteria, a wide variety of events were hosted by the Student Activities Department.

In addition, two meals also were sponsored throughout the week. The first being a barbecue feed on campus prior to the volleyball game on Wednesday, Oct. 9, and the second being a hamburger feed tailgate party before the Homecoming football game, on Saturday, Oct. 12. The week culminated in the crowning of a king and queen at halftime of the football game, which resulted in a 39-15 victory for the Conqs, over Ellsworth Community College.
