On Wednesday, April 16, Dodge City Community College (DC3) faculty and staff were honored for their years of dedicated service during the 2025 Employee Recognition Banquet at Boot Hill Museum in Dodge City. The event acknowledged faculty and staff members who had reached milestones of five, 10, and 20 years of service.

Employees honored in the 10- and 20-year categories included (from left to right) Christina Haselhorst, Director of Financial Aid (for 10 years); Dylan Faullin, Professor of Mathematics (for 20 years); Earle (Van) Kenton, Professor of Mathematics (for 20 years); and Cole Ballard, Head Track/Cross Country Coach (for 20 years). Also honored at the banquet were the 2025 faculty and staff Conqs of the Year. Pictured (left to right) are Amanda Hoskinson, Executive Assistant to Vice President of Academic Affairs (Staff Honoree); and Phil Hoke, Professor of Speech/Theatre (Faculty Honoree). Organized by the Celebrating Excellence at DC3 Committee, the two recipients were selected through nominations from their colleagues for exemplifying the core values of DC3, which are students first, community, integrity, and innovation.
