On Tuesday, March 3, a group of Dodge City Community College (DC3) administrators and staff attended the annual Dodge City Night in Topeka. Hosted for the second year at The Beacon event venue near the Kansas State Capitol, the 2026 gathering was themed “Grit to Growth: Feeding a Nation.”

Each year, Dodge City Night in Topeka brings together Dodge City community leaders and Kansas legislators for a National Beef steak dinner while highlighting many of the businesses and organizations that call Dodge City home. The event provides a unique opportunity to connect with state lawmakers while sharing Dodge City’s impact on agriculture, industry, and workforce development.
