Who is my Academic Advisor?

• Football Student Athletes – Contact Coach for enrollment instructions
• Advising Specialists – All students (except those in High School, Flight or CDL programs)
• Teacher Education Program Coordinator – Students majoring in Elementary or Secondary Education
• Online & Flight Program Advisor – Students taking fully online or Flight Program courses
• Nursing Success Coordinator – Students who have already been accepted into the DC3 Associate Degree Nurse (A.D.N.) program
• TRIO Student Support Services Advisor – Students who have applied & been accepted into the TRIO Student Support Services Program
• Dual Credit Coordinator – High school students only

How do I make an appointment?

• To make an advising appointment please scroll down and click on Book My Appointment beside your corresponding advisor.
• In efforts to continue to offer accessible advising services to all students, any advising appointments made by students who do not cancel and miss more than 3 advising appointments scheduled during the current enrollment cycle, will be cancelled. However, students are always welcome to receive advising services by calling 620-339-9320, emailing advising@dc3.edu or visiting advising services in person during the typical Mon-Fri. 8 am – 5 pm walk-in hours.
