How We Can Help

Our IT team provides support for all essential student systems, including:

Student Email (Conqmail via Google’s gmail)

Need help logging in, setting up email on your phone, or troubleshooting delivery issues? We’ve got you covered. Your college email is the official way we communicate important updates, so let us help you stay connected.

MyDC3 (Student Portal – conqs.dc3.edu/ics)

MyDC3 is where you register for classes, view grades, access financial aid information, and manage your student account. We’re here to help with login issues, navigation questions, and system errors.

DCCC_WIFI (Free Campus Wi-Fi)

All students have access to DCCC_WIFI, our free wireless internet connection available throughout campus. If you’re having trouble connecting your device, we’ll walk you through the setup process and make sure you’re online.

Canvas (Learning Management System – dodge.instructure.com)

Canvas is your hub for online classes, assignments, grades, and messages from your instructors. If you’re having trouble logging in, seeing your courses, or submitting assignments, reach out to us for prompt assistance.
