Requirements

To apply for housing please complete the required Dodge City Community College Housing application listed under the student tab on your Mydc3 web portal. New students will need to complete all of the required additional items with original signatures and send them to reslife@dc3.edu as a PDF attachment. You can make your non- refundable $150.00 application fee by contacting the Business Office at Accounts Receivable 620-227-9209, or email them at AR@dc3.edu or pay online @ https://conqs.dc3.edu/ICS/

All rates are based on double occupancy. Triple capacity may be assigned according to contract terms.

DC3 Student Billing

The only housing fee due at or before the time of check-in is the one-time $150 Housing Application Fee.

The semester cost of housing will be added to the student’s bill at the time of check-in. Student accounts can be viewed on the MyDC3 in the form of an itemized statement. All balances must be paid by the end of the semester to prevent a Business Office Hold. Payment plans may be set up on the Student Portal through MyDC3, or students may contact the Business Office (620-227-9209) for other ways to pay.

Miscellaneous housing charges can be added to a student’s account after leaving Dodge City Community College. These charges include but are not limited to improper checkouts, damages, and cleaning charges. Postage will need to be pre-paid in person in the mailroom, this includes items to be mailed after checkout.
