Social Work


The Associate of Arts in Social Work is designed for students who want to make a real difference in people’s lives and strengthen the communities around them. This transfer-focused degree helps you build a strong foundation in human behavior, communication, and social systems while preparing for continued study in social work and related helping professions.

Through engaging coursework and discussion-based learning, you’ll explore topics such as human development, social issues, and community support while developing skills in empathy, problem-solving, and effective communication.
