What’s Next?
What do I do now that I’ve been admitted?
Login to your MyDC3 portal to access student resources and quick links.
- Visit Conqs.dc3.edu/ics
- Enter your school issued email address. For Students use your Conqmail email address.
- For your first time logging in, enter your user ID and click I forgot my password then follow those instructions.
- After logging in, change your password to something more meaningful by clicking on My Profile & Settings under your profile picture.

Login to your ConqMail
Each student is assigned a Gmail account. Please note that all DC3 communications will be sent to this email account.
- Access your new account at gmail.com.
- Your login name is your last name + Student ID number@conqmail.org
- Your default password is your birth date in the format yyyymmdd (i.e. 20070417)
Residence Life
We invite you to learn more about Residence Life options on our website. If you’d like to visit our wonderful campus and check them out for yourself, we offer tours Monday through Friday between 9:00am to 3:00pm. Please view our events page to schedule!

Financial Aid
The purpose of financial aid is to assist students in paying for their education. It is a need-based program, and eligibility is determined by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.studentaid.gov. Federal Student aid also includes grants, work-study jobs, and loans. DC3’s school code is #001913. Check out our webpage for more information.

Official high school or GED and all previously attended college transcripts are required to be sent to the Records Office.

Placement Test Scores
ACT or SAT scores should be sent to Dodge City Community College (ACT code for DC3 is #014020). When ACT results are not available, the ACCUPLACER test can be taken in the DC3 Testing Center.

Scholarships
Conquer the cost of attendance by applying for DC3 scholarships! Funds are awarded on a first come-first serve basis but are limited. Applying for these scholarships does not guarantee an award. Students must reapply annually. Please check out our opportunities on our webpage!
Priority deadline for institutional and Foundation Scholarships is May 31st!

Advisement
Build your schedule with our dedicated Advising staff. They assist students to create an action plan toward graduation, transfer planning, and enrollment support.
Advisors are available to meet with students on a first-come first-served basis or by appointment. Appointments can be in-person, Zoom, phone, or email. View our webpage to schedule and learn more about how our advising staff can support you.
