Every student receives a student e-mail upon admission into Dodge City Community College. This is called your ConqMail and is your primary source of communication across campus.
Your ConqMail is your last name + your Student ID number followed by @conqmail.org. (Example: Smith123456@conqmail.org).

The purpose of financial aid is to assist students in paying for their education. It is a need-based program, and eligibility is determined by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at the official Student Aid webpage. DC3’s school code is #001913. Official high school transcript or GED and all previously attended college transcripts are required to be submitted to the Records office at transcripts@dc3.edu. Transient students will only need to submit transcripts if needed to meet a prerequisite.

Placement testing is strongly recommended for students who plan to enroll in math and English courses. ACT, SAT, or ACCUPLACER scores can be forwarded to our Testing Center at testingcenter@dc3.edu. Our ACT code is #014020. If needing to test, please contact our Testing Center to schedule an appointment!

Build your schedule with our dedicated Advising staff. They assist students to create an action plan toward graduation, transfer planning, and enrollment support.
