DC3 Financial Aid and Foundation Scholarship Application Form
Application is Available from November 1st through April 1st for the following school year.
Rewards are on a first-come, first-serve basis so apply early!
Please note: Application does not guarantee an award.
Cpt. documents need to be submitted within 30 days of when you receive the email.
