The College solicits data from staff, faculty, and students in the form of Noel-Levitz surveys and the Faces of the Future surveys as a means of measuring employee concerns and performance results regarding student stakeholder groups and, in turn, benchmarks the results against peer institutions.
The Institutional Priorities Survey measures campus administration, faculty, and staff satisfaction and priorities, showing what issues are important to them. It is a powerful tool to balance, verify, and support student perceptions gathered on a separate Student Satisfaction Inventory survey.
The Student Satisfaction Inventory is a powerful tool to improve the quality of student life and learning. It measures student satisfaction and priorities, showing how satisfied students are as well as what issues are important to them.
The Faces of the Future Survey collects a variety of information from community college credit and noncredit students, as well as their assessments of the institution’s programs, services, and climate. The survey focuses on the following four topic areas: general student background information, student employment background, student educational experiences and background, and current college experiences.
