- The DC3 Crime Log can be requested by contacting the DC3 Security Office.
- DC3 adheres to U.S. Department of Education’s final regulations of cash management that was released on July 1st, 2016. All of DC3’s Title IV programs are considered one year in length or shorter. For programs with substantially equal payment periods where the institution charges up-front for the whole program, total institutional charges, including any books, supplies or equipment charges, must be divided by the number of payment periods in the program. For other programs, the institution must divide the number of credit or clock hours in the payment period by the number of hours in the program and multiply the result by the total institutional charges for the program. With regard to Title IV programs, tuition and standard fees are divided in half. Half of the charges are applied to period one, while the other half is charged to period two. When financial aid is authorized for disbursement, the College will calculate if a credit is created. If a credit balance is determined, DC3 will refund the student the overpayment of financial aid within fourteen (14) business days from the payment being applied to the student’s account.
