Thank you for applying to Dodge City Community College!

We will begin processing your application. Here are some steps to complete the admissions process:

  • Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at https://studentaid.gov/. DCCC’s school code for the FAFSA is #001913.

    You can also find the DCCC scholarship application online at https://www.dc3.edu/financial-aid. You can print it out and mail it back to us.

  • Have your high school send your final official transcript showing the date of your graduation. Official high school transcripts must have the graduation date posted and it must be sent directly to DCCC from your high school. Hand-delivered transcripts will not be considered official.
  • Have any and all official college transcripts sent to us. College transcripts must have final grades posted and DCCC must receive the transcript directly from the sending institution. Hand-delivered transcripts will not be accepted.
  • Take the ACT and request that your test scores be sent to DCCC. The ACT code for DCCC is 014020. We use ACT scores for placement in English, mathematics, and reading. If you have not taken the ACT, you will take a complimentary ACCUPLACER assessment prior to enrolling.
    • What does your ACT score mean? If you scored 22 or higher on the math section, you will be placed in College Algebra. If you scored 17 or higher on the English section, you will be placed in English Composition I.
  • If you are living on campus, you can print out the housing contract online at https://dc3.edu/students/residence-life/housing/
